OUR STORY
We are Emanuel Ardelean and Mike Mitrik, the founders of Lakeshore Manor. As lifelong entrepreneurs and longtime friends, we've built our careers on hard work, integrity, and serving others.
Before entering hospitality, we owned and successfully sold a recycling company in Portland, Oregon. We then launched and grew a trucking company, which we also sold. After years of talking about our shared passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences, we decided to make that vision a reality with Lakeshore Manor.
Both of us come from families with strong backgrounds in hospitality, and we're committed to creating a place where every guest feels welcome and at home. Emanuel is married and the proud father of two children. Mike is also married and has one child. Emanuel's wife is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-prepared registered nurse, reflecting our family's commitment to compassion, professionalism, and caring for others.
